Bug name: Weather stopping almost completely after getting Protection From Cold
Priority: Low
Game Version: 0.160.2
Description: Now, I love this game to bits. However, my favorite piece of it all is the environmental hostility that is the weather, but it almost stops entirely once I got the protection from the cold. To me personally, this sucks and makes me want to start over and avoid grabbing the upgrade at all.
Reproduction steps: Get P.F.C.
PC specification: Ryzen 5 3600, 32GB Ram, RTX 3060 TI
