The information here is helpful but incomplete. The #1 stumbling block newer players have is "what next?", and in a way, this falls short or leads expectations incorrectly.

Expectation: set up workshop with solar panels and well, start farming, find an old base to "upgrade" or build off of, explore a little bit for materials, succeed.

Reality: set up solar panel and well for the suit, then EXPLORE for small circuit boards and tablets for necessary technology to have sustainable farming without withering.

Header is wordy; suffers from TL:DR.
Suggestion: "Are there any recommendations on how to build an evacuation base?"

Body text suggestion (all-caps indicates mid-sentence, or mid-paragraph additions to existing text):
"An escape pod is designed to keep astronauts alive for the first few days. The cabinets contain materials necessary to build basic facilities and food rations sufficient to survive for a couple days, BUT EXPLORING ABANDONED BASES FOR MATERIALS AND BLUEPRINTS WILL BE NECESSARY FOR CROP CULTIVATION AND LONG-TERM SURVIVAL.

The E.R.A. recommends that you start by building a well and a solar panel, to provide water and power recharge for your space suit (HOLD DOWN E ON THE "CHARGE SUIT" OPTION TO CHARGE). The oxygen and power supply to the escape capsule ARE SELF-SUFFICIENT, AND EFFECTIVELY INDEFINITE.

New paragraph at end:
Then, look for previously-abandoned bases to gather more MRE food supplies, circuit boards, and blueprints (found on abandoned tablets; "use" to discover) to establish your new base. Use the built-in radar (Z-activated) to assist with finding these crucial supplies. You can (and should!) use the grinder to break down scrap for building supplies.

For "What does LMB and RMB mean?", this information is covered in tutorial #1, which is mandatory, so players already know it.

I would change this section to "why do I keep failing circuitboard repairs at the workbench?" and give the advice that:
"The repair tools require you to constantly apply power (by holding the button) to activate, but you must stop before you apply too much and damage the board by mistake."

"Recently I saw a small fire" header is much too lengthy, and so is the body text.

Suggestion header: "Recently, I lost a building to a small fire, because I didn't know what to do. Help!"

Suggestion body text: Many electronic devices come with a risk of electric shock or fires, so it's best to be prepared. Always have a fire extinguisher on-hand in case of emergencies. Also review building settings to see if there is something amiss, in excess, or insufficient for safe operation.

For "is there an option to label corridors in the base? I get lost too often" text,

Header seems fine.

Body text suggestion: before this existing first paragraph, insert:

"Remember you can look at your radar, which centers on you, for access to aerial view of your base. Also, you have a compass at the bottom-left of your helmet HUD to assist with navigation."
