Bug name: Seed machine swaps bonus values
Priority: low
Build: 0.122.2 (has been in the game since at least 119.4)
Description: When using the seed machine to make seeds, the resulting plants will have the values for the bonuses swapped. So the speed value will be what the seed value should have been, and vice versa.
Reproduction: Use the seed machine to make seeds of an upgrade tier where the 2 bonuses have different values. Compare the speed and seed values for the fruits/growing plants with what the seed machine said they would be. Or if you just made more seeds without upgrading them, you can also compare with the original fruits.

if i take these potatoes for example

and run them through the seed machine like so

then the resulting seeds will give me these plants:

and harvesting them gets me these potatoes:

Note how the seed machine said the speed bonus would be 40%, and the seed bonus 41 %. Yet both the plants and the final fruits have a speed bonus of 41 % and a seed bonus of 40 %. So the values are swapped.

Btw, the numbers in the plant crate do not exactly match the ones from the fruits.

Now for an example where i'm not upgrading seeds, just making more of them.
I'm taking these beet roots:
