Can't unlock last 2 blueprint

Bug name: Can't unlock last 2 Blueprints

Priority: High

Description:
I am missing 2 blueprint tech prerequisite for botany: Suit energy saver and large dome. I have 2 blueprint in my inventory but I can't use them since the game claims that all blueprint are unlocked(they are not). Just as a sanity check I have also checked in knowledge base -> discovered tablets and neither of those two blueprints are there.

I have attached my log file and my save file.

PC:
5900x, 32 GB Ram, Nvidia Geforce 3090.

@ember ocean 👆 It's true, I have 3 blueprints, and the game tells me that I have them all unlocked as well, but there are 2 or 3 more that require a blueprint and won't let me unlock them. Greetings to everyone.🙋‍♂️ 😊

Well I have a workaround of sorts but it only worked for the large dome blueprint which I previously couldn't get (along with suit energy saver).
What you can do if you are on steam is that you can go to game properties and revert the game to version 0.119.5.
Load the old version of the game and you should be able to unlock blueprints again.
The downside is that it will give you the blueprints for techs that are still unavailable and despite reloading several times I still couldn't get "suit energy saver". I have unlocked all blueprints but that one and despite having one more blueprint in my inventory, I can't use it because the game once again says I have unlocked all blueprints .
Anyways, it's not ideal but at least it's not a critical tech.
