I just started and went straight to the ATV quad in order to travel around quickly. I replaced the sparking Circuit board. I try to Enter the ATV but nothing. I reloaded a save still nothing, I closed the game and loaded again, same problem. Battery is full and circuit is fixed. This was working on Campaign save before the patch, no on new freeplay after patch it is borked.

I started a new game and had the same problem. once i picked up the circuit it showed half worn/damaged. I placed a new one and was able to get on the ATV. Going to try and strip a small circuit from somewhere on the old save to test.
