LOL@ Mati... I have found that issue also. Can not charge suite off of ECU OR Batteries, ONLY solar panels and Rover. There should also be ports in ALL of the various buildings where we can charge O2 and power as needed instead of searching for the rover for power or having to run outside to the well

Does the outlet have power? If it is at 0% it will not work. The same for water and oxygen.
And yes, the water can be recharged in the bathroom, but oxygen and electricity I still don't know where to recharge it at the base.

Electrycity you can recharge in a canteen - there is a plug next to the door. Oxygen, just take off the helmet 😁 there is no way to recharge oxy in base except refilling o2 bottles in co2 scrubber.
