Sat in rover seat, it launched me out of rover and was killed accidental death, game would not reload even a saved game, had to force shut down.

I had a similar issue. Was just driving along and I was launched out the front and killed by "accident". Selected restart mission and locked up on loading screen, had to force close.

same here.. while driving player got launched on front like ragdoll .. even the rover get over me before accidental death .. (I was driving fast)

Twice I managed to die and after dying when trying to load the game, the game crashed. With this hang, my browser crashed and another application which would indicate that the game did not release memory before reloading and the maximum use of available memory occurred.
I currently have 32 GB of memory in my computer.
The second death was in the rover, the first I don't remember.
