#creating dynamic web project in Intellij idea Ultimate

I moved to Intellij idea for creating my web application using servletes and JSP.
I made a simple JSP file which includes a input and the submit button.
I have coded in such a way to move to a servlete if I press the button.
When I press the button after in the entering the input section , I am not moved to the servlete page.
I am getting 404 error.
I search for the solution in web , but no luck.
Can I create a dynamic web project in Intellij idea IDE ?
