#Class Methods not working

I know this program is simple, but i'm running into an error that i'm not sure how to get the methods working. The patient is the parent class of the subclasses Child, Adult and Senior. the methods that aren't working are methods made in those subclasses. I've written program in a similar structure to this but i'm not sure why it's not working here.
