#maven test case is not running

my build is successful but my test case is not running ?
using testNG framework and also provide terminal command(i.e how to run maven test case on terminal)
I am using --> mvn clean test -Dsurefire.suiteXmlFiles=sequential-test-exe/dashboard.xml
