I've used this one in the past https://java-programming.mooc.fi/ (it also has a level 2). It does start off with stuff you probably already know, and also requires you to write java in its own ide specifically, which requires your java home to be set to java 11 to even run, but its pretty good imo(assuming I read your question right)

It isn't necessary to use NetBeans for that, there are also plugins for Eclipse and IntelliJ

and funnily enough i found this as well on my own
however i am struggling to use netbeans
when i go to download this course it only contains exercises from the first part.
also tried to use the intellij plugin
doesn't work and is poorly maintained it seems
