guys i previously created some project and deleted them and now I'm currently doing only 2 projects but when i try to run the command i still see my previous projects have i not deleted them or just misplaced them or something pls help (the red marked ones ive previously deleted but still it doesnt goes

Maybe you didn't actually delete them
but you can easily delete the run configuration
you can do that by clicking on the Run Configurations... entry in the menu you screenshotted
then you select the run configuration to delete
and press the red X button
