#How to bypass HTTPS cert expired

Hi guys, i importinhg gradle project but when he is installing dependenices, i get error and i cant build my project, what can i do?
Required by:
project :fabric

Could not resolve be.bluexin.gnu.jel:gnu-jel:2.1.3.
Could not get resource 'https://maven.bluexin.be/repository/releases/be/bluexin/gnu/jel/gnu-jel/2.1.3/gnu-jel-2.1.3.pom'.
Could not GET 'https://maven.bluexin.be/repository/releases/be/bluexin/gnu/jel/gnu-jel/2.1.3/gnu-jel-2.1.3.pom'.
