how am i able to instantiate a interface as a object? (Animal interface)

well this is not the object of the interface it is the object of the anonymous class(No Name) which is implementing the interface the thing about anonymous classes is that you can create only one object from them and the A in your case it may seem like it is the object of animal but it is not
