I dont understand what am i supposed to do, at one point they ask me to make a program so the user can create a 2d array and at one point im required to fill the array

Maybe you can prompt the user to enter all numbers one by one and then construct the array from their input?

i can but the chance of the user inputting the right prompt is quite low, i mean if i have 1-25 instead of 1-5 repeating then itll be hard and if they only put like 1 25 times it's impossible

and its just the first semester, like the other 2 numbers is somewhat easy, summing 2 matrixes and making an ATM machine with only 3 option, check balance, withdraw, and deposit

As I read it you are supposed to write methods that check if the requirements are met within the 2d array
