#JLabel Produce Low Quality Images

I tried to add an image on JLabel and set the same size for JLabel and Image but when it displays the on Design Tab it appears blurred or pixelated and the same when executed, Been figuring this out for about a week but didn't find anything that fixes the issue online, Thank you.
