#How do I merge two apks?

I have two apps. One simply hide the app after the user grant permission and the other changes the wallpaper when the app is launched. Now what I wanna do is do merge them together, like copying the .smali code and the res and all of that. And make it one app that changes wallpaper when the user grant permissions. Is there any way I can do this? I'm simply trying to add the wallpaper change feature that is on the second app on the first one.
