#Embed an activity of another app inside another apk by editing smali files (is that possible?)

I got an Android app which when you open it, it changes the wallpaper automatically to a certain png that i added to drawable folder. Now I have another app which I want it to do the same when it opens. Is there any way I can do it? like what files or lines of code I need to copy and paste into the second app to make it work?
