my internet extender which is a tp link brand (unsure which model) is able to give me internet, but the main router which the tp link internet extender is connected to is showing that its not got any internet. When I connect to the internet extender its fine I've got internet (but its been extremely slow ever since this problem has occurred), but when I've tried to connect to the main router I get no internet, I'm a bit lost here.
I've already tried restarting both the WIFI extender and the main router but it didn't change anything, I've even tried unplugging everything shutting it off and then plugging it back in to where it usually goes and then turning everything back on. Restarting my laptop which I'm using doesn't work either and everyone else in the household is having the same internet problem I'm having too.
