#JavaFx/Scene Builder ChoiceBox help

I need help understanding what I can do here. I'm trying to replicate a punishment calculator for something, which is un needed. I can't figure out out to add options to the ChoiceBox option in Scene Builder. The things I've tried such as using an initialize method in my Controller class doesn't work, and I'm kind of stuck. I'm new with JavaFx, and even though I have a decent understanding of Java basics, am still a beginner with it as well.
