#Anyone know how to change Apache NetBeans IDE 16 JDK version if it won't even open?

I had Oracle's JDK 19 installed but downgraded to an open source version of JAVA 18 as I was told that would make Minecraft run better
But now NetBeans won't open, and won't let me change the JDK for the one I have installed.
Please help.
