#Need help with correctly using scanner/identifying what I need for loop to pick up

Sorry if this is a bit elementary, I have a nested loop setup using scanner. Scanner is supposed to read a string that includes doubles and operators in it. I was able to right out the correct conditionals for when an operator is defined but am not sure how to specify what double to push into the stack.
