actors: passenger, system, administrator and operator.

here some use case ideas:
passenger: Request a Ride, Confirm ride request, Board the bus, Pay for ride and view invoice.
administrator: Login, Manage Routes, Manage Buses, Manage Operators(users), Generate Reports, Logout.
operator: Login, Requests Bus Status, Updates Bus Status, Take Control Over System(Emergency Management), Logout.
