Hello! I’m working on my project called Rat and I want to switch from discord webhooks to a custom webhook that sends it to another Java application that I’m making. Is it possible?

Yes, it's possible; just set up an HTTP server of your choice and make an endpoint for the webhook, then deploy the server to a publicly available domain name for production use.
