you created the bat file? can you show it? which documentation did you use to create it?

Also it always helps to copy&paste the error message into your question (instead of the screenshot) because then tools such as mine can also look for the error message - in the picture it can't use it

go to command line, write java -version

Can you put the java -version into the bat and see what is says? It should say 17 if you use the full path to the JRE

where did u downloaded a spigot.jar ?
are u already did trough BuildTools.jar ?

You have to use the full path to the java you want to use!

I would suggest just downloading java 17 somewhere, then in your startup script use the full absolute path to the java executable

E.g. C:/..../jre/..../java -version
