To start this off, I had java installed considering I program with java, however I booted up minecraft with some mods for a server, and next thing you know it says, "Error: Could not create the java virtual machine." I wasn't sure what to do so after watching video after video, all of which did nothing, I decided to uninstall and reinstall java. However I could only get through the uninstall part as when I downloaded the installer, right at the end of the installation it gave me the same message, "Error: Could not create the java virtual machine." Please help me.
