java multithreading in a tic tac toe game

Hello Guys i need help here , this is my code to make a tic tac toe Game , i need to implement java multithreading on it , so i need 2 threads on for (X) and one for (O) at the first thread x should start and thread o should go to wait (Synchronization) so how can i do it ?
