whenever I try to run the project this error pop up. I tried doing what people on youtube show but nothing worked. I have no idea what cause the error

Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: -Xmx512M
Unrecognized option: -Xincgc

Can you show your run configuration?
For obtaining that, click the arrow/triangle next to the run button and then click Edit Configurations

Especially the Arguments and Environment tabs
