And is the from email the same as the Auth email

Not sure what you mean here. You need to specify a "to" email
If you mean specify a "from" email that's different to the auth one, I don't think you'll be allowed to do that to prevent phishing etc

So the issue was the account it was being sent from, for gmail you need to add two step and then something to do with a password for "All device" and outllok smpt needed enabling as by default it's disabled
