When you want to level up TG, you have option to quickly select them:

Then HT chips need the same option

But also just a recycle option to convert to experience outside of upgrading would be nice

Still unable to select all epic chips/titan gear..
As for not needing to convert into experience, I don't personally believe having less clutter on screen as bad suggestion since multiple slots can all be reduced to 1 in Gobbler Chest..
