I predicted all 4 matches correctly from the beginning and received rewards for only the main winner. I have contacted customer support about the issue but supposedly it’s my error. I never changed my predictions, although hours after the event ended someone changed them in my account. I have screenshots of all of this, no one will explain how this is my error. Does a visual bug mean that what I chose and could see as my choice was actually something different? Why would the player be denied rewards for a mistake that was not made by them? Why would my choices be changed into something completely different that I never selected after the event had ended? That’s a big bug

Okay, I don't know what to say, but that second image looks like what you have bet, which is incorrect.
How it was chosen, if not by you, I can't tell, maybe CS can help you with this, but we mods here can't help you with that, we don't have access to your account data, or anything similar
Thank you for trying to help cs is no help at all, it was the first correct pic for days. Only hours after the event had ended was it changed to that. Who would be able to do that when it’s locked?

I am aware of a bug, that changed incorrect predictions into correct ones.
But, I really don't know who chose your incorrect prediction. 🙁
I guess it changes correct predictions into incorrect ones according to cs. Both pics were taken while predictions were locked. The incorrect choices replaced my original choices hours after it ended. It is very strange and I don’t understand how or why this happened. I wish cs was as patient and cooperative. I was not going to worry about it but the fact my predictions were changed after the event ended is concerning
Cs says “visual error” and that’s it, further questioning gets the reply “we already told you”

Sorry, we have told them about the issues, they are aware of it, their decision is final. 🙁
I only can tell that in my particular case, things worked out as it should, I got all 4 predictions correct, nothing funny going on, but I do understand that if it worked okay in my case, it might not be correct for everyone else.
Appreciate your time and efforts Alan, from the experience I have with cs their response is expected. I assure you they are completely at fault with this, the time stamps on the photos prove it. Anyway thanks for trying 🙏
