Orange Universal shards take a long time to acquire, and often heroes are released too often for people to spend enough time collecting shards to max out the hero.
Therefore could some system which allows people to refund shards from a hero be put in place.
For example: If I have Leon 5 stars, I would have spent 640 orange universal shards to get him from 1 star to 5 star, and therefore when I refund his star level, I could get back 3/4 of the shards input into him to raise him up a star level (downgrading Leon from 5 star to 4 star returns me 270 orange shards)
The same would apply with universal skill shards for heroes, where refunding a hero’s skill returns you 3/4 of the shards spent on it (returning one of Leon skills which was bought for 20 shards gives 15 shards in return, and monkey skill which costs 10 would give 8 (rounded to nearest number) and so on so forth.
