Skills that cost under 25 exclusive skill shards can be at 2% chance to obtain

Skills costing 25 exclusive skill shards 1.1% and the ones that are 30 exclusive skills you can set them around .1 or .01 percent that way people have would actually want exclusive skill boxes since can obtain newer hero skills and be more competitive to other serves
