the assistance feature is beneficial for both parties involved. The one getting helped get a radar done and full reward without expending their vit, while also providing a small reward to the person who offers assistance. This seems like a mutually beneficial arrangement, and I don't see any downsides too it. @hoary ice

Spend your vit for terror and currently throb. The new radar assist basically give you free finished mission without doing anything, same reward.
