The error is from rounded to first decimal when in fact its not actually 24.9% but 24.911111%, or 24.93333% who knows?? So on for the rest. Those missing number will end up add up to missing 0.1%

Nothing in life is absolute there will always be an error margin that will be acceptable. do you think they will provide those complex matters in this game ??

Beside, the probability show there doesn't mean it is actually like that. All companies were forced by the government to provide it. So in the end it does not actually matter, they can manipulate behind and no one can know.
