Hello, there are 2 tabs within Decor in you Inventory Bag. Please make sure the item isn't located in the Decor Set tab. If it is not in bag or on base, try restarting app/device & make sure it is up to date. If Decor is still missing, please contact cstmrsrvc Customer Service for missing item.
