It's not first come first serve. Its whoever is stronger keep the spot. The battle is silent but it still happens. Whoever wins keeps the spot and loses kick out. That's why sometime you keep the spot and then got kick out, depending on whether you win or lose. You just don't know. Check the report next time you will see it

There is one more problem that everyone is facing, sometimes it doesn't show anyone on tiles and engimas but when we reach there there is already someone before. And sometimes we lose the buttons for patting and boost. Please fix these things

Those visual bugs have existed since the beginning of Realm. So i think they dont bother to fix it right away when there is urgent matter "profile picture" 
Again, bug fix is not first come first serve. They have a list of priorities to fix it first, not whichever bug reported first will be fix. So yeah unless these bugs in top1 list. May be it will not ever fix. Visual bug is kinda always at bottom of the priority list fyi. 🤣🤣🤣
