First day is voting for preferred time

After preference is chosen and leader selects two Timings.

Next day make sign-up screen for all
So players understand they need to do sign-up
And voting stage is over.

Yes this is correct, except for sign up the button says " Vote" and it does confuse many people, because by clicking you are choosing to join TC groups, not vote. This is why I asked about changing word " vote" to either " Join" or " Sign in" which would be accurate for the action.
