Hii, you are talking about last weeks kill event i think; collecting vein mines disable shields, you cant shiel at cross server either and as so at capital zone , if they are not the case please tell your friends to contact with cs to find out what was the problem , cs can see every move from the system and will give an exact answer

It was after veins dissapeared. It happened to me and a few other players.

I putted shield and was chatting then I saw my base was attacked 🤣

I was not gathering or attacked anybody.
