Its not a bug, just simply people dont understand how refine works and do it blindly and get stuck.

You cant abort refinement. There is only 1 option to accept if your stats is the same as the line it replaced. Or 2 option, if the stats are diffrent, 1 is dont replace, 2 is accept.

Either way, If you guys dont accept that, it will stuck forever on that screen and show up every single time even though you start a new refine.

Basically you cant continue new refine unless you accept unfinished previous refinement.
