No, I don't. With it not happening every time, I don't stop to record before performing the activity. This event is not the only time I have seen it, but it normally happens with the last HT that was introduced, which I put on my air march. Every other HT always spawns in, but that new one periodically doesnt spawn in. The reason I put in a ticket now is because when sending out trucks with no HT, it weakens my chances to defend.
