These are CHINESE players, from Chinese Servers. They are not on our server map, but they play against the rest of the world in the masters event.
Yes, there is a huge problem with the trucks, but total ignorance to what is going on is not the key here.

A solution would be to offer an opportunity that provides "nomal" players to enjoy those truck races. I still dont think servers with numbers of 3000+ have that much members with 300+ units but if you say so.
