I also want to remind everyone that theres a health crisis around the world. So it may take a little while for the devs to get back to fonz. And who knows. Sometimes the game gets buggy, so avater>settings>repaired version
Than of course customer support

I had one like that on a new server when a guy needed like 15.6t, 5 levels lower and no matter what he stayed red.

i think there is bug on the training speed no adjustments had been found any units no increase on the training speed. i always put a training speed increase but no changes had been on each units.

The chat on my ipad is also bugged. I can only see 3/4 of the conversation. I can see the rest but i would have to scroll alot. This is really annoying because it does not show the newest messages someone send to me. I used the repaired version it worked but when i closed the game and restarted the game it was all gone again.

Has the issue with components been brought up?
Sometime when you unequip it registers at it still being there and wont allow you to add the same kind even though there isnt one there.
You can back out of the game and it fixes the issue.

Hey guys, i have a bug to report. Sometime during the day the world- and alliance chat go blank. All i can see is stone trades. If i type i understand people can see what i am saying even though i can not see it myself. Phone and game are fully updated. @signal verge check your internet connection that issue usually happens when a bandwidth issue happens usually it's gets too small try connecting and disconnecting from wifi or if you don't have that option airplane mode for 30 seconds to disconnect from the network and rwconnect

New skin doesnt give its %10 airforce unit production speed bonus. In video u can see clearly i select airforce building and click speedup, so it brings u automatically to the unit. After using skin, there is not even sliglty 1 second difference ( comperable with the length of video if checked detailed ) <@&651622161219584000> thanks in advance! 😇

@ancient valley try the following steps and report back on the results:

Cancel a few of the airports that are training
Make sure the new skin is equipped.
Restart the game
Begin training new air force units
Compare the training time before and after
Report back with what you get.

I don't use the training speed skins but from what I've heard from previous times the base skin has to be equipped before the units start training in order for the boost to be effective and/or the app restarted first.

@modern geyser doesnt it has to give the effect just like decorations? Decorations give the speed whenever u place them. Or remove them. Speed of land unit trainings are changing accordingly. So, as this skin’s attribute is under title of “ using attribute “ not in “ owned attribute “ shouldnt it work the same way? Without having the need of restarting the app?

@ancient valley base skins work a little differently it seems. Not sure if that will fix the problem but it's worth a try to help diagnose before sending the feedback up to the devs. A similar problem was resolved with the super dragon boat skin a while back.

@modern geyser i just tested, u need to be able to wear the skin before u start training to be able to use the buff. Buff does not work on the airforces which were already being trained without the skin.

Sounds about right, the same thing is reported with the Super Dragon Boat base skin and most likely the Frost City skin. The intent is to prevent the exploitation of the base skin.

You cant exploit it if its made with same alogrytm as the decorations. Have you ever tested removing and adding your gift packs to give speed for your land units?

As its not “ owned attribute “ its “ using attribute “ same logic works, equiping the skin can give you %10 speed, unequiping it will reset the speed back. Same as gift pack decorations. Using another skin to exploit it wont work at all. Just an advice tho.

Yes, but base skins are coded a bit differently right now. We can submit feedback to change it to make them work like decorations, but it was designed that way so it technically isn't a bug. It would be nice for it to work like decorations though. I will submit the feature request.

My guess is that it won't be addressed immediately since it isn't a huge bug or one that breaks the game, but it's added to the list so it will be addressed eventually. 👍
If other players on your server complain about this issue you can help by explaining how to get the training time buff to work properly. 😀

@rough tide right now negative gems is only possible from gem deductions from Google Play refunds. You can purchase gems to make up the deficit or contact in game customer support if you feel there is an issue. When refunding through Google Play, instead of removing the item, an equal # of gems is deducted from your account, thus sometimes resulting in negative gems.

Hi, I read on your FB page about a gold ratio of 5:1 for earning XP from donating to Fast Combat Others in my alliance successfully did so, yet I am losing copious amounts of gold without gaining the equivalent XPPlease investigate as I have invested a lot of time and money and I would like to ensure I get the same value as everyone else.

@fading rain will be looked into. But keep in mind that at higher lvls the amount of XP gained per FC donation won't be noticed. To see a gain in XP on the in-game screen takes 50-100 donations minimum
