Support email failure

Recently I realized that I had miss-spelled my username and wanted to fix it. I shot the support email a message and got an "delivery status notification (failure)" right after. I'm unsure if this was a problem only on my end or not but I figured it would be a good idea to put something here.

My current username is Attaxoltol and I wanted it to to be Attaxolotl (combo of attack axolotl)

I moved the T by mistake
