Hello! So basically we save data for players who haven't played for a while, when they return we have something that basically reactivates that data to save on memory, but there is something wrong with the thing that reactivates the data. So all you info is saved, we're just working on getting it back into the game!

Hello I spent a while without playing and when I came back all my cards disappeared from my account, could someone give me an explanation of what happened?

I'm a bit pissed too, I want to play too, but I think it's a quite more complex bug than they initially thought since they're supposedly on it since this morning.
So it seems to be a recent bug, it's a shame right when I missed the game and went back to playing
Plus CUE is a German company, that doesn't have a 24/7 support. So, it's almost passed 5-6 PM, and they didn't fix it. Pretty sure we'll have to wait at least until tomorrow

Yes...I played for quite a while... But I took a break so I wouldn't get bored of the game. Then I decided to download it again to see how it was and if any new cards had been released, but I came across this situation where my entire collection had disappeared.

Hey, quick question, can I still buy pack right now, while my colleciton isn't restored ? WHat I mean by that is : will my current and my "normal/past" collection fuse when you fix the issue ? I'd love to pick that Path of Legend pack ^^
