Whole collection vanished

Hello, I just restarted the game after a few months out, just to realize that my whole collection just vanished. No cards at all, just like I were a new player, but I'm still connected to my Master Traveler account. I figured it's a bug, any help around here ?

Hello! So basically we save data for players who haven't played for a while, when they return we have something that basically reactivates that data to save on memory, but there is something wrong with the thing that reactivates the data. So all you info is saved, we're just working on getting it back into the game!

That is probably the most non-dev explanation I've ever seen

I'm a bit pissed too, I want to play too, but I think it's a quite more complex bug than they initially thought since they're supposedly on it since this morning.

So it seems to be a recent bug, it's a shame right when I missed the game and went back to playing

Plus CUE is a German company, that doesn't have a 24/7 support. So, it's almost passed 5-6 PM, and they didn't fix it. Pretty sure we'll have to wait at least until tomorrow

Yes...I played for quite a while... But I took a break so I wouldn't get bored of the game. Then I decided to download it again to see how it was and if any new cards had been released, but I came across this situation where my entire collection had disappeared.
