Hey folks! 👋

We’re aware of several issues players are currently experiencing and wanted to let you know that we’ll be investigating them as soon as possible. These include:

🔹 The Arts and Culture Epic Storm pack missing its featured card when the game came back online.

🔹 Some players in certain territories being unable to queue into matches.

If you’re unable to find a match - even against a bot - please drop your CUE username in the replies to this post so we can look into it.

No need to share usernames for the Epic Storm issue; we’ll be able to fix that in one sweep.

Any updates? I was able to get a few games in a row in the past 2/3h but now I am bugged again no matches, not even with bots

I was able to play a game, but not while searching, it was one of those pop up messages. Also, my frequently used emoji tab is gone
