As the image says, I was opening the T.S. Elliot pack after I saw it was the new release when CUE was up and running again. I did not notice the card wasn’t added to the game yet, which I assume caused the error shown (457). I pressed buy again, assuming it was some sort of glitch related to the speed at which I was opening packs (this was pack #6), but I did not realize it was using my gems each time I pressed it (the gems appeared as normal until about 30 seconds later when they were reduced to 12 (from the 662 shown). I had spent 1,000 gems on the pack accidentally when I only intended to get two copies of the T.S. Elliot card (or try to within a reasonable amount, not all of the gems I had available). I assume I ran into the glitch when I received a pack that contained the card which was not yet put into the game. I did receive all the packs I “purchased” accidentally, and I did receive 5 total T.S. Elliots from them, which I am at least glad I was able to receive instead of nothing. I understand the inconvenience of the game not running properly right before this issue, and I do hope to not cause any further grief or disturbance, but I am asking if I may please receive some sort of compensation for all my gems being used when it was not my intent and I was fully under the assumption that my gems weren’t being spent when running into this error.
