Just came to my Mind when I thought about a Fusion Idea for the Plundering Pirates collection. Why not add the Republic of Pirates, as it already fused many of the existing Pirates together.
For Fusion Ingredients, I would think about: Blackbeard, Henry Every and a potential Nassau card (maybe in context of a new "cities of the world" collection).
I am not very certain about the ability, just thought it would match the idea of Pirates growing stronger together.
