Vouch System Explained
What is a vouch?
A vouch = confirmation of a completed service, not a recommendation.
- Vouching is mandatory for services
- Only services are vouchable
- Do NOT vouch trades (items, bulk, builds, etc.)
How do I vouch?
- Channel: https://discord.com/channels/645607528297922560/1489126826302504991
- Tag the correct user (make sure it links properly)
- Include a short description of the service (e.g. "5 Ways",“benchcraft”, “boss carry”)
- Do not leave it blank or vague
- Service providers should not vouch buyers
Example Vouch: @Fly 5ways
Multiple services
- Tag the user once per service in the same message(“+1” or “+5” does nothing)
Missing or incorrect vouch?
Vouching is mandatory
When requesting a vouch be completed:
- Ask the user to vouch (be nice & giving advice how to vouch goes a long way)
- They can edit or redo the message if done incorrectly
- If unresolved, report it and a mod will review
Repeated failure to vouch will lead to restrictions(From restricted access to TFT to receiving a ban from TFT ).
How do I check vouches?

Vouch ranks?
Check the Info(Yet to exist) for current thresholds.
Top ranks are based on leaderboard positions and may change.
What is “rep”/reputation?
- A system for recognizing the most helpful community members(Helpfulness - not services)

- Do not mix rep and vouches
People are vouching but I'm still 0
- To receive vouches your Path Of Exile account requires to be linked

- Previously earned vouches will be applied retroactively
Can’t see trading channels?
- Check id:customize
- Select game preference (PoE1 / PoE2)
- Check you haven't toggled off any specific categories
You may be restricted
- Being new
- Not linking your account
- Rule violations

Why was my post removed?
You should receive a private message from @grave marten explaining why.
Common reasons:
- Wrong channel
- Missing required format(Check Pinned Messages in service channels for guidelines/templates)
- Breaking posting rules

Can’t post / slowmode?
Some channels have cooldowns to prevent spam.
These cannot be reset per user — you’ll need to wait.
I got scammed — what now?
- Gather evidence (screenshots, details,videos)
- Submit a scam report following the format at https://discord.com/channels/645607528297922560/1489384091244822748
- A moderator will review
Check pinned messaged in service channels for way to avoid being scammed
** Wrong craft or service mistake?**
- Try to resolve with the other user first

- Mods will intervene in if needed
Tip: Always confirm items before/after services.
Can’t create a ticket?
Try restarting Discord or relogging.
If it persists, it’s likely a Discord issue.
Content Creator role?
- Reach out to @tough hazel or create a ticket to discuss
- This role is reviewed regularly and is not permanent.
Where is your mirror service?
- TFT no longer (and will never again) operate a mirror service. All top tier crafters are welcome in TFT.
Content & Conduct Rules (Important)
Not allowed:
- Underage sexual content (any context)
- Explicit NSFW discussions
- Sexually explicit content
- Pirated content or sharing illegal streams
Allowed (within limits):
- General discussion of media containing NSFW (no details/images)
Penalties range from warnings → mutes → bans depending on severity.
Be excellent to each other, respect each other even if opinions are different.
Too many channels?
- Use channel/role selection to customize view
- Mute channels and enable “Hide Muted Channels”
