but imo no need to hold onto a legacy ring if you're not going to craft it to use the legacy thing (juicing mana affixes)

Anyway. 6mods, so perf essence forced to remove prefix, even without omen. So 1/3 to hit the right mod... and 1/3 to hit it 6%. Makes it approx 9 locks. And will be 9%mana, cause 50%qual ofc π . Must do it... this sanctifying makes pretty hard to create items worth mirroring, but i think this one has the potential.

maybe get the locks u need but wait for patch reveal maybe they will show a new crafting technique that will make this easier or not worth doing
